These settings worked great, even better than ones I found for a comparable 32" Toshiba, on the older Toshiba 40E200U1 that I just recalibrated for my mother.

The only difference was I set the Tint to 20, as she doesn't like people looking overly red/orange, and set Dynamic Contrast to Medium.
