USA Virtual Console?

There are still games on the Virtual Console I want to download but lately I haven't seen anything new in a long time. What are they planning to do for everyone that has downloaded games? Is the Wii 2 gonna feature something?

Only 3 games have been added to the Virtual Console in all of 2012. I'm fairly sure Nintendo finally abandoned adding new games to it for the Wii due to sales collapsing.

For the successor the Wii U, Nintendo has said they are planning on expanding their downloadable game selection and improving their online services. I'd be shocked if they don't include an upgraded form of Virtual Console for the Wii U. I imagine they'll expand it to include GameCube games too since the storage will be better than it was for the Wii.

As my first Wii broke, I was disappointed that VC was so heavily tied to my console rather than an online account. If I can't redeploy games, I'm not really interested in paying for them. I'd rather have a greatest hits kit like the limited mario package.

I being reading that EU VC for WIIU will have games ruining pal 50

why not get everyone the NTSC versions ?

odd too that the 3DS VC NES titles are NTSC 60 so it makes no since use the crappy version on the EU WIIU VC
