Received this today, but saving it for my daughter's birthday.


It's from the series Ordinary People Can Change the World.


We've been reading this series for a while and love it. My soon to be 6 year old daughter often talks about Jane Goodall, Rosa Parks, and Helen Keller's experiences and George Washington's teeth.

Some of the topics can be a bit difficult for her to understand, but she is getting there. Lots of great lessons in these books about doing what's right and never giving up.

Hoping my daughter grows up looking up to people who accomplish and create great things rather than reality TV stars.

It's a fantastic series, and anyone with kids, or has friends with kids, should look into these books.

man, this is great, thanks Mr. T. these will be a great for kids to see read and learn about and they look like fun too!

considering the state America and the world at large is in right now, it would also be a great read for most of us so called adults too. we need perspective!

hope they also create animated series of these books like School House Rock!

again, thanks Travis for posting this, we need more stuff like this. something positive, showing good values and is culturally important for our kids. these folks are real hero's!
