New Iron Maiden Live CD

Just found out today that Iron Maiden will be putting out a live CD in November called Nights Of The Dead, Legacy Of The Beast: Live in Mexico City. For those of you may have done some pre-ordering on the Iron Maiden website before do they charge when you place the order or charge when they ship it? I wanted to order from Amazon but the CD book has been sold out and not sure if the order from Iron Maiden site will ship from the UK or not. If and when Amazon ever gets more copies in I want to cancel my order from Iron Maiden and order from Amazon so I can get free shipping and most likely receive it on release day and not weeks later if shipped from the UK.

I've not ordered from the site, but there appears to be 2 different stores -- one for outside the U.S. and one that ships from the U.S. Do you mean the book format 2 CD set? If so, that one is available to ship from the U.S. store.

Love Maiden -- saw them in September in Vegas. They were one of the bands who had eluded me in concert until then.

I wonder what the "deluxe version" on Amazon is -- is that the book version?
