Best Digital Camera Under $250? - Blu-ray Forum

Hey everyone,

Just wondering what the "best" digital camera would be for under $250... the budget is flexible +/- $50 or so. But I'm not looking for a bunch of fancy features... just something versatile... just point, click and shoot with a decent looking picture works for me. Video capabilities would be nice but definitely not neccessary.

Check out dpreview.com and if you cursor over the REVIEWS on the left side there are many compact shootouts. They must have compared 20+ models in various ranges.

The Panasonic TZ5 is pretty nice. I know two people using them.

I am using this, you can look at the screenshots in my gallery. I think it performs very well, I still wish I would have just put the money towards a DSLR though.
