Default TurboGrafx-16 PC Engine Mini

Coming soon from Konami in three varieties.

Gematsu article

I guess its time they finish Space Fantasy Zone...

Also, this mini will include Super CD-ROM games, now I fee like Sega really should've included some Sega-CD titles.

This was my most played console growing up, even above the NES.

However, the games announced so far do not have me interested.

New Adventure Island was a great game, but the rest are not amoung the best on the platform. Of course if it takes the old card, this might be the first time I really regret selling off my collection a few years ago.

I hope they don't put one Bonk on each console to inspire cross-region imports.

I wonder if they'll include a SuperGrafx game? Strider is another unfinished game so that could be their surprise for the fans.

I bet Valis wont be included since that series went straight Hentai years ago.

I still have my Turbo Duo though I haven't touched it in years because I'm afraid I'll break it. I'm on board with this 120% and I refused to mess with any of the other mini's. TG is my baby, and if SOMEHOW they can get Dracula X on there, I might just kiss the ground they walk on. (the fact they already got Y's Book I and II is a big deal within itself) I'm in.

Edit: WAIT...holy shnikes....the Japanese one has Dracula X!!!!(Rondo Of Blood) (I only watched the American trailer at first)...they are going to make me get two of these things aren't they?

I was one of those weird kids who had a TG-16 (and later the CD-ROM) instead of a SNES or Genesis. So I got to have one of these!

Wish List:
Bonk 1-3
Air Zonk
Gate AND Lords of Thunder
Devil's Crush
Bloody Wolf
Psychosis
Ys III
Last Alert
Legendary Axe I & II
Neutopia I & II
Dead Moon
Soldier Blade
Bomberman '94
Galaga '90
Exile
Tiger Road
Valis II & III

..and c'mon, it's gotta have the pack-in game Keith Courage in Alpha Zones, right??

Have all these and around 80 more. Exile 2, Neonectoris and Ys IV should be on your list as well. They had a nice selection of NEC games on the Wii shopping channel including Dracula X.

I had a lot of fun with the series, I actually ended up with my forum name because I heard that phrase in Ys III while I was typing.

Mine is still boxed in my closet, Iím worried it wonít work though from sitting there all these years. My Sega-CD doesn't work anymore and the CDX only plays carts now. I suppose Iíll break it out this weekend and try to play some Dracula X.

I don't think the Super CD version of Ys IV ever made it to the U.S...?

I never had the TurboDuo, so I missed out on a lot of those later CD-ROM games. Any of those, like the hard-to-find Beyond Shadowgate would be most welcome.

But I just want to play Last Alert and relive the worst voice acting of all time. It made Resident Evil PS1 look like Shakespeare.

I was the odd kid out that had the Magnavox Odyssey≤ instead of the Atari 2600. I loved it though. Every bit as good, in my opinion. Then I became the envy of my friends when I got ColecoVision. Everyone wanted to play that. I even had the steering wheel and pedal with Turbo.

TG-16 came out first & I wanted it. $500+ when it launched where I live.
