Default 1893 (from the makers of Pepsi)

Anybody know if this drink is out yet or when it's due? I've been seeing ads on TV for the last week and figured it was out but can't find it anywhere. I've looked at all the local Targets, Walmarts, Rite Aids and grocery stores. Nothing! Maybe it's still rolling out and just hasn't gotten to my area yet.

I had it a few weeks ago. I'm not a big Pepsi fan so I didn't care for it. Had a spicy, natural sweetness to it.

Why does everything have to have caffeine in it?

I checked a couple more places today and still nothing. Maybe it's just not in my area yet. I'll have to keep an eye out.

Somebody on Facebook said they saw some at Target but it was gone the next day and they haven't seen it again since.

I finally found this yesterday at one of the little drug stores here in town that I hardly ever go into, so I bought a couple cans and had one last night. It doesn't have the bite of regular Pepsi but it has a nice smooth flavor and (it sounds weird, I know) a bit of thickness to it. I liked it.

I had the Original Soda version, which wasn't spicy, but the Ginger Soda is labeled "spiced with real ginger." That must have been the one you had.

I was in Target and found both, I had forgot about them. I didn't like either one, the orginial one was ok but the ginger one was just bad.

Default Pepsi's 1893

Has anyone had it?

I don't know if I like it or not. I like it to sip at while not having the whole thing. It tastes like those imitation Colas to me.

I like it. I haven't tried the Ginger Soda but I like the regular one. It's got a nice smooth flavor. My local grocery store has been selling them as a deal with 5 for $4 so I've been picking them up a lot. I usually enjoy one late at night while watching a movie or TV show. It's a nice snack drink.

I've tried it, I definitely prefer the Blue Sky cane cola (also available in their organic cane cola line-up) and Jones Cane Cola to the Pepsi 1893. The carbonation is decent tho.
