As for me, I love coffee. I have a few cups every day.
Laird Hamilton, the famous big-wave surfer, swears by it.

The guy definitely qualifies as a serious athlete and heath food nerd.

Doesn't mean he's right.

...but he is serious.

Does anyone else add a lil kosher salt to cut the acidity and add some volume?

Nope, still just coffee with some liquid creamer thrown in to take a bit of the bite out.

It's added to the grounds before brewing. I guess I took for granted people knew about this brewing technique. of course kosher salt doesn't add that usual "saltiness" people associate with regular table salt.

So those of you who, like me, live on coffee, what's your brew of choice? I've recently tried these three:
Death Wish Coffee (I used to think this was superior, but I starting having my doubts)
Utica Coffee Roasting (this is a local roaster to me, not necessarily best tasting but the price is usually lowest)
Black Rifle Coffee (Right now, until something else comes along, this one wins! Hands down the best ultra-caf brew I've ever had!)

So what's your favorite coffee ?

I usually drink whatever coffee beans we have. Starbucks French brew is my poison of choice though.

Used to drink Cuban coffee daily when I lived in Tampa but being in Ga now there is none in my area. I'm stuck with Maxwell House and a touch of Coffee-mate Cafe' Mocha liquid creamer.

I'm not ashamed to admit that some of the best tasting coffee I've had has been while camping;

Generally no, I drink tea, but I have cappuccinos at Starbucks and other coffee places.
