Default Foods that always tear your stomach up

Do you guys have certain foods or restaurants that inevitably leave you running to the bathroom?

For me it's KFC. It goes through my colon like an Olympic bobsled team!

I tend to avoid Rally's/Checker's because they don't agree with me and sometimes I don't know which end to put in the toilet.

I can't drink milk shakes because I'm lactose intolerant. I get upset stomach really quick.
I don't have a problem with ice cream, though.

Nothing really messes with me anymore. I grew up in Texas, and my dad put spices on everything. Only thing I can't do is super greasy foods. Not because it tears me up, it just leaves me feeling like junk for a day or two.
