Default Average Video Bit Rate 4K Titles

I have submitted the Average Video Bit Rate for 4K disc Rocketman and it has been rejected. Can you tell me why this entry is not accepted, it takes an hour or so to run the test to get the result, so to get it rejected is a bit annoying.

thanks.

What title was this for?

This is only speculation, but it's possible the approver didn't know how you obtained that average bit rate number. It's also possible, if it was for a preorder title they might have thought you couldn't have had the title yet even though people do receive advanced copies. The rejection could have also been a mistake. It's hard to say the exact reason unless the individual who denied the contribution chimes in.

Did your rejection noticed not provide a reason for the rejection? Have you tried resubmitting?

The submission was for the Australian release of Rocketman released on 28th August 2019.

No reason for the rejection was given for this submission. It's not the first time this has happened, I have had video rates for other 4K titles knocked back in the past also. I have resubmitted them and they get knocked back again.

My figures are obtained the same way as normal Blu-ray discs. I submit many for these discs and they are never thrown out.
