Ive been vegan for the last two weeks. I feel healthier and my weight and strength has not gone down. If anything I look leaner even though my calories are the same

strict vegan for over two years. i drink alcohol, eat candy, junk food, non-organic food/drink, etc. my only rule for myself is that nothing I spend money results in the exploitation of animals
