Question Bargain Blu-ray vs 4K price

I have a collection of Blu-rays and my criteria for buying a movie is almost entirely its price being $5 or less. When I started, this was a fairly rare price, but it gets me 2-400 new movies a year now. What does everyone think a comparable 4K price should be, given where we are with 4Ks compared to Blu-ray 8 to 10 years ago? I've acquired 4 at my $5 or less cutoff, but that's no way to build a collection.

My price for 4k, as an upgrade to my existing Blu-Ray, is $10. I've basically been using your same philosophy to build my collection, with some exceptions.

I ended up settling on $8, $2 per K. Mostly, it's the lowest price I usually see for a still-young format. Over the next couple years, it should hopefully become more and more common. If not, I may adjust things and blame inflation.
