I could be wrong, but Disney has an abominable track record. And if you'll notice, after the buyout the 4k catalog titles have pretty much dried up from Fox.

Possibly, but it seems they ether renewed those titles prior to the Fox takeover of Regency or they were co-productions that Warner put most of their finances down on. Streaming versions of the above still list Warner as the provider and the Warner BDs are still in print.
