Sony Rewards app is a mess right now. Can't imagine anyone wanting to sign up for the credit cards to redeem their rewards when nothing has been working for some time.

FWIW, I was having the worst time with the app myself a week ago, none of the screens being able to load. In the end, I wiped the data/cache on the app , and suddenly everything was working perfectly.

I just redeemed a movie buff reward a couple days ago. The main problem I have is that their app sucks.

Are you on Android or iOS? Canít find anything to do that on the iPhone app. The five entries on my current Movie Buff pass have been greyed out for nearly two months now. Nothing Iíve tried has fixed the issue.

I contacted Customer Service through the APP and website and they said unforntunately we are unable to assist with this specific matter via email. to better assist please contact us at 1-888-715-7669. ,so I did just now and the added the code , points and got credit for the 4th movie on the buff pass

They are behind on movie tickets too. In the past, the longest that you would wait for credit being posted was 48 hours.
It's going on a week now for The Next Level.

It happened to me, sometime earlier this year, where a movie ticket took maybe close to two weeks to be approved. I contacted them about it at the time and they did say they were busier than usual. So, just to say that it does happen occasionally.

I hope this isn’t a stupid question. I read through recent posts and went back to #1 as well.

I haven’t been back on the Sony rewards site since the relaunch. Pass #12 in progress which shows on the web site.

Are they now requiring that we add any new discs to a pass through their mobile app? I saw a mention in post #1 of scanning the codes via the app. On the web site, when I click on my current pass it just keeps redirecting me to the App Store. But sometimes I’m clueless and miss the obvious.

You can only complete passes/register discs on the mobile site now. You can also redeem the Passes once completed on the regular website at least.

The biggest issue (at least for me) is they need to speed up their turnover of items -- it would be nice if they add/remove 5 titles per month to allow for some actual choice. I have a few more discs I could register, but nothing I could redeem for when I complete the passes. I don't think I'm the only one who either has redeemed everything available and certainly a lot more who have redeemed anything they'd admit to owning.

Has anyone else been able to get an answer out of Sony on what's up with the music rewards? I'm old school so I redeemed my points for CDs. Not sure anything else is worth the effort, It will take two years to save enough points for a $25 gift card .

Any of you having a problem registering your Zombieland Double Tap code to get a registered disc credit? When I enter my code it just says this disc is not eligible for registration. They seriously need to get their $#!^ together.

Yup. Tried with my 4K code and says the same thing. I also had issues with registering my Once Upon a Time in Hollywood 4K code but with a different error code. I've been meaning to contact them about it but they don't really have a "registering issue" listed for options in the contact us.

Same here -- I just set it aside to try again later. Their free titles suck anyway, so I'm not in a hurry.

Thanks for that. I guess I'll try calling them about both before I forget

Edit: Wow. Called them just now and they added both without issue after I relayed the codes to them. Yay!
