Absinthe doesn't deserve a slot in the poll. It's a liqueur. But it's good. Essential for a Corpse Reviver No. 2 or a Sazerac Cocktail.
I've had a Sazerac, it's a powerful drink . I voted for whiskey, Makers Mark being my favorite.

definitely, the cheap stuff gives me pretty much instant hangover headache

Voted Tequila but I like Whiskey and Rum as well as Jager if its going to be a long night....

I want to get some Absinthe but the stuff they sell here is crap and way over priced. I ordered a bottle from France loaded with wormwood but it didnt make it past customs...

I've gotten a taste for Patron Margaritas thanks to Macruz's influence.
BUT, my soft spot will always be Espresso Martinis. I can't help but LOVE them.

I voted for vodka, as it's the most versatile on the list, and I could easily make a few dozen different drinks with it. If I were to choose my favorite though, it would probably be whiskey.

Rum.....better tasting than Vodka, although I love Vodka as well. Nothing beats a hard day like a nice cold Mojito...

My favorite drink is Grey Goose & cranberry.

I love Grey Goose vodka!

I also like midori sours, pina coladas, and strawberry daiquiris

I'm usually a beer drinker, but if I'm out on the town, Tanqueray & tonic for me, please.

Real whisky doesn't have an 'e' in it.

And I agree with jsteinhauer... Jäger, Capt. Morgan, fruity vodka drinks, etc. are jejune.

Watermelon bomb:

I like to mix 1/2 and 1/2 sprite and Watermelon smirnoff, then add a shot of Watermelon vodka.

Good stuff for TV drinking games like 'Steel Angel Kurumi'.

I usually stick with beer, but my favorite liquor is Maker's Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon Handmade Whisky.

I like it slightly cool, but not cold, straight from a shotglass.

Probably the scariest Vodka on the market. This goes down like water. You can take it when you got on a 20 mile run, and slam it back before you realize what you're drinking.

I mostly drink beer, but I used to drink a lot of this:
bacardi.jpg

Me and a buddy of mine went for to Earls once for lunch and decided to try a Bacardi Mojito. That turned into several and a few hours there. We had to come back the next day for our trucks, hahaha.
