There's not much I won't eat, but I absolutely loathe:
  • Boiled peanuts
  • Black-eyed peas
  • Corned Beef (never could eat it after finding tubes/arteries in the meat as a kid)

Travelled extensively in China (wifes Chinese born) you don't want to know what I have eaten, pretty much if it stands on two legs and speaks, they will not eat it,everything else is fair game.Plate of Deer's Toes in Harbin (far north) stand out in the memory, minus 24 degrees and strangely warming to the stomach.
Father in law loves to eat cows kidneys repleat with aroma of urine, tried it once, never again!!!

Lima and butter beans. Might be a texture thing. Nasty.

Shame I like everything else posted so far. Seeing chorizo in here was painful.

From what I remembered during my trip, that sounds about right. Food preparation can be iffy with some of the independent stalls and street vendors in smaller towns, but the quality is higher and more consistent in the larger cities, even at places off the beaten track.

I have an aversion to (most) organs as well, but I do enjoy some good tripe.
As with any stomach lining or even intestines, it needs to be cleaned thoroughly with running water and/or boiled for a while to remove this aroma.

Mushrooms and dark meat. That's about it.
I stay away from bleu cheese too, though.
