Default Hot Sauce

Hot Sauce! whats your favourite and why?

Mine is orange crush for the heat and flavour great in a wing sauce.

My go to everyday hot sauce is Sriracha. Love that stuff.

I have been experimenting with some different ghost pepper sauces as well, just for the intense heat. I love them, but can't do it everyday.

no favourite. I always have a few different ones in the fridge. Like Jason, I love sriracha, it is good with asian foods or on a burger. doused on a pizza or fries I like a decently strong vinegary hot sauce. But in my ribs marinade, home made BBQ-sauce, Spagetti sauce I put some of blairs death sauces....

That's unfortunate, John. I like some of my foods with a bit of a kick, but I have to keep the intensity at a moderate level because it makes my skin overly active if I indulge too much; scotch bonnets are about as high as I go.

For everyday needs just basic Valencia. For hot wings and buffalo balls, Frank's.

Cholula is the ONLY hot sauce allowed in my house! If I could put it on my cereal I would!

I made my own ghost pepper sauce over the weekend. I started out with salt, ghost peppers, and apple cider vinegar.

I blended it all up, and ended up with this.

I let it sit for a few days. Added garlic and onion powder, and let it sit for another day.

I then put the mixture through a strainer and ended up with this.

This stuff is HOT!!
