Talking The Breakfast Thread - It's Not Just For Mornings

I have to give kudos to jb for the idea.

Behold the biscuits & gravy with 2 eggs. It's nap time.

I really don't eat most breakfast foods after breakfast time, however always considered stuff like eggs and chorizo and ham and bacon and steak to be fair game 24/7. I guess a lot of people agree since restaurants do offer breakfast all day, granted not all restaurants do it.

I think every restaurant should offer breakfast all day. If it is in fact the most important meal of the day why only have it available for a few hours!

Luckily for me, I have a Denny's less right outside of my front door. Brinner is the best.

This thread makes me want a steak and egg dinner, nice seasoned tatters, homemade bread and like any good Quebecer, some nice sweet molasses beans on the side. Damn you for starting this thread

I agree. Not too many offer it all day. Fortunately, the diner where I had my biscuits & gravy is one that does.

Who doesn't appreciate a quality breakfast? Btw, we're still waiting for your pics.

I'll offer up another one.

Here I was trying to be semi-healthy with the spinach & feta omelette, hold the hollandaise. I know! What was I thinking?

Patience young Grasshopper...you can't rush awesome!

For starters....

BEHOLD! The Irish Eggs Benedict!: Housemade Hollandaise Sauce over eggs benedict and Corned Beef and Spinach with potatoes and onions!

Don't judge on looks, it's one tasty mess!

lol funny you mention that I just had to do a carbon footprint comparison to a country I was assigned in one of my classes, and its like an old one from the USSR days that broke off and when comparing my food carbon footprint I entered my calories per day and a message popped up "are you sure you want to proceed based on the International food organization standards you are considered malnourished"

I'm thinking a couple of sausage and egg mcmuffins and maybe a bacon and egg as well just for good measure.
