Default What's for Christmas Dinner?

I suppose most of us in North America that are spending time with family and friends will partake in consuming that ugliest of birds, the Turkey! Some will make a Ham as well, and others will prepare food based on family traditions.

What do you have planned for your traditional Christmas Dinner?
[Show spoiler]Pictures are encouraged!

There is just over an hour left of Christmas day here in Sydney for another year. I sat down with my family earlier and had a feast of: turkey (with a side of cranberry sauce), leg of ham, roast pork with crackling (and a side of apple sauce), marinated roast chicken, prawns (shrimp), lobster, roast potato and sweet potato (aka yams to you Yankee's ), and to finish it all off, for dessert we had home made mini pavlovas:

We had duck (all fatty with crispy skin), caramelized potatoes, regular potatoes, brown gravy made from duck, Danish red cabbage and chips.. Risalamande (no idea what its called in English but it contains rice, vanilla, sugar, whipped cream and almonds) with cherry sauce for dessert! It was at my sisters house so no leftovers today except for a few caramelized potatoes

Germans celebrate Christmas on the 24th. Dinner is usually "light" that day. Typical Christmas food are bratwurst slow simmered in vinegar (including onions and spices) until they turn "blue", served with sauerkraut and bread.
Myself had meatloaf "American style" (made with ketchup), oven-baked mac 'n' cheese (with four different cheeses, half & half and buttermilk) and a side of mixed veggies.
On the 25th I was invited by my sister, and we had traditional duck with sauerkraut and potato balls

There will be eight of us for dinner on Christmas Day and I've been asking everyone what they want. I offered up the more traditional Turkey, Ham, Rib Roast with fixins, but no.....they wanted my Lasagna, so that's what I'm doing. I've started with baking some cookies and will do a Bread Pudding and Banana Loaf early Sunday morning. We'll have an array of various hors d'oeuvres during the day, such as Devilled Eggs, various Pates, fresh cooked Shrimp and other munchies. My sister is taking care of the beer, wine and spirits.
