You don't need to know where I live...

Have sausage? Will eat. Fresh, processed, cured, blood, venison, etc. don't care.

I have not tried Vegan, I would not buy it, but I'd eat it if served.

Easy way to cook sausage? Air Fryer. Comes out brown all AROUND, no splatter, no turning, ready in about 10 minutes for (thawed) precooked sausage.

Boiling sausages, btw, is a travesty! Still eat it though...
