Neo Cases are always G2 sized. And they are very nice indeed. I have Forrest Gump and Gremlins. Will definitely be getting this and Gravity.

This is definitely the front runner for the must have version. I hope it's not a pain in the ass to get one of these.

Well looks like we'll get to test that theory out as well.

Target Steelbook

And I agree SB probably would have had dent and everything.

For sure picking this up. Not impressed with the steelbook outer artwork. Only way I'll double dip and get that too is if it has any extras not included anywhere else.

Posted by Jumpman in the larger Interstellar thread: http://www.heraldonline.com/2015/01/...-awe.html?rh=1

Apparently the standard release also has a 70mm IMAX film cel, so that's not exclusive to the Walmart set.

"For a limited time, the Blu-ray Combo Pack will also include an authentic, collectible Interstellar film cell from an original 70MM IMAX print of the film."

This should have been the steelbook artwork.

I think this is just the start of a long line of Neo Cases that are going to turn heads in 2015. Keep 'em coming!

When it's got the word Neo in it then you know it's good.

I'm trading marketing that *patent pending*.

I think this is better then the SB. The art for the SB just looks terrible.

I can only hope that happens! Please give Scanavo something to think about! They've been "king of the mountain" for far too long IMO, and you need look no further than their Asain plant to see how they abuse that power.

I'm hopeful when Ben-Hur was released in the Diamond Lux.

The only thing I don't like about them is their price point. I'm guessing it cost a bit more to make them so the higher price. I'm not in the market for $30+ packaging unless it is something I truly want. I guess I'm spoiled because SB's have become more mainstream and that has driven the prices down a bit. If they start to sell these for around $20 or lower then I'm all for it. That fact that catalog titles are high also sucks. I don't want to spend $15 for a catalog title. I'll spend $10 but not $15.

Huh?
The 5 WB Diamond Lux's were all $16.99 at BB, and $17.49 on Amazon. Deal of the Century right there!
Amazing Spirderman2 was $24.99 for 3D/2D/DC. The only one that has been higher in price was Extant S1 and that just dropped a big chunk.
The pricing for Neo Cases don't get much better than this!
