Went to my local Target Saturday, they took out the music and DVD section and replaced them with a sportswear section. Blech. Picked-up Terminator Salvation on clearance for $5. The clearance items for my store are at the rear end-caps of books and "health wearables" (FitBit, etc...)

I never saw that one. I did buy two bottles of Cucumber-Lime. It was so bad that I never made it though the first one, and I've been known to eat Durian and enjoy it. Green Apple is still the best. Just don't drink it rancid like I did, after it sat in the trunk of the hot car for weeks. It made me a good bit ill for a few days and cramped my stomach for about a week. I kept thinking it smelled and tasted funny, but wasn't sure until I got home and compared it to a good bottle. By the time I realized quite how spoiled it was, I had drank about 3/4 of it.

I recently visited my local Target and this is an endcaps near the electronics department filled with a mishmash of online returns and other stuff:

A lot of stuff to dig through but I noticed they had four copies of this for $18.16 each:

They also had five copies of this:

And they also had some other random stuff such as:
Season 4 DVD of Shameless for 18.78
MLB the Show '14 for PS3 for 6.26
Terminator 3/ Terminator Salvator double feature DVD for 3.56

I found the Jurassic World 3D round tin on an endcap last week. $24.99 as a returned online order. Heck of a steal, there.

I found Star Trek the Original Series 1-3 bundle for $45.16, marked down from $65.99. It was an online return. I got an additional 10% off and used a shopkick gift card bringing it down to about $38 out of the door.

The only other blus they had were several copies of Noah for $11.

My store had A Christmas Carol (2009) in the clearance section. It was $12.99 but I PMed Amazon for $8.39 and the 15% off with red card. Fair deal for I've wanted to watch the movie for a while now.

But whats to stop me from say buying a bunch of blu rays etc that are online only at MSRP and just return in store, and play the old waiting game for them to push them to clearance. I AM NOT SAYING ANYONE SHOULD DO THIS! I am simply saying their system is kind of dumb if it is that predictable.
Running the electronics department, I see people do this all the time. Someone will order online, return it, then their "mother" or just "Person B" will come in and re-buy it for 30% cheaper

In my experience, the starting price of an "online return" is inflated, so the discounted price often ends up being the same or more than what you could buy it directly from target.com or amazon for if you follow sales. But there are the occasional super deals where it seems like the pricer just chose some really low price and you end up with a great deal.

Yep. I helped my roomie get a good deal on a George Foreman grill today. $39.99 at Target. Price matched Amazon with $28.59. 10% off from there and I snuck the 5% Cartwheel in there, too.
