speaking of which, I'd love to own a 4K UHD disc edition of 'The Battle of Algiers' - the 4K DCP I saw at the AFI Silver back in 2016 looked like the movie was shot just last week.

+ Not a Criterion title, but I’d also love Vertigo on 4K UHD, and I feel like it would fit as a Criterion release. I can dream, right?

Silence of the Lambs. The Criterion Blu they released was reference quality.

I'd buy a lot if they released titles in 4K, but my favorites that I'd expect the biggest benefit the most from a 4K transfer are:

Rushmore
The Royal Tenenbaums
Days of Heaven
The Thin Red Line
Tree of Life
In the Mood for Love
Barry Lyndon
On the Waterfront
The Three Colors trilogy
The Double Life of Veronique

I suppose they’re obvious in the sense that they should have been given a 4K release in the first place instead of (IMO) useless BD upgrades, but they wouldn’t even come close to making my list of most-desired Criterion UHD upgrades overall.

I've never bought a Criterion title in my life. Is there a list somewhere with every film they currently hold the rights to? I seem to remember that at some point they had John Woo's The Killer and Hard-Boiled? Now those I would definitely be interested in.
