USA Lindsey Buckingham - The Solo Anthology (11/30)

This is a day 1 purchase for me. The man is a genius and I am so glad that he is no longer with Fleetwood Mac.

Got to meet him a few weeks ago. Truly a remarkable and warm man.

Have you noticed that a lot of songs on the anthology have new mixes? They're fantastic!

Did the meet & greet at the CT show last night, he did not disappoint. One of the things I asked about was Someone's Gotta Change Your Mind, my favorite song & it was on early setlists as a possibility; he said he wasn't happy with how it sounded but that he wants to try it again next year when he releases Blue Light, his new album.

The girl a few people ahead of me brought up Stevie and the Mac, something I wasn't gonna do, and he flat out said "Stevie has a need to be someone that she's not."

The audience was kind of wretched, full of people who just wanted to sit. AT A ROCK CONCERT. Myself and the woman behind me, who flew all the way from North Carolina, said screw it & we danced the night away. All those sitters certainly rushed to the stage as soon as we took the initiative, though. They were just awful.

And his opening act, JS Ondara, is fantastic.

A photo about 30 years in the making. Fantastic concert by a truly unique and talented master of his craft.

And yes, the opener was great.
