Cause when they sold the movie rights to Fox it also said that any new story’s Marvel made with X-men or FF that Fox then can use to make movies out of them that’s why the Marvel boss told Comic book writers to not make any new story’s involving X-men or FF.

Do you even read Marvel comics? If you do you will realize just how laughable that statement sounds

No they announced that years ago that. That Marvel told its comic book writers to quit making new story and villains for X-men and FF so Fox wouldn’t own the rights to them.

The film rights were sold in the late 90s. Marvel NEVER stopped making new stories and villains for the X-men. If you think there's been 2 decades worth of no X-men stories in the comics, you are sadly mistaken

You said this happened after the movie rights were sold to Fox. That happened in the late 90s. You are still wrong. Do you even read X-men comics? When exactly did they stop making new stories and villians? Your statement is flat out NOT true

Is this a timed exclusive or a straight up middle finger to the other systems?

While some have years down the road (like Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles is hitting PS4 this year), I’m not aware of any Nintendo worldwide published games which went to other consoles at least until another console generation.

Octopath Traveler is published by Nintendo outside of Japan (published by Square in Japan), and it’s coming to PC soon.

Excellent example. It may very well only remain on Switch but there is precedent that it could wind up elsewhere

well we are about to head into another console generation next year. Not saying it will happen but MuA3 GOTY Edition equivalent could be something published for the XB1 and PS4 successors (and PC)

New info from Game Informer, via Nintendoeverything

Quote:
-Team bonuses are returning (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Wisecracking Warriors, Women of Marvel, Midnight Sons, Defenders, etc.)

-Over two dozens playable characters

-An item drop called XP Cubes will allow for rapid level-ups

-Four characters will be present on-screen at all times

-Can be played with local online, solo, or online

-Heavies, mini-bosses and bosses have a “stamina bar” that needs to be drained out before dealing massive damage (certain heroes are better at this than others)

-Strategic boss battles, example being luring Venom to a sonic alarm to open him up to attacks

-RPG stats like: Strength, Vitality, Mastery?, Resistance, Durability, and Energy are present

-Alliance upgrade system on top of regular hero upgrades, unlocked using credits and a new currency called: Enhancement Points. A node-based upgrade system that effects your whole team with upgrades like stat increases, ie: Might, energy, defensive and offensive buffs.

-ISO-8 will be akin to gear equips, looks like we can have four equipped at a time. Decreased damage when low on health, more HP orbs after defeating an enemy, adding shock damage to certain abilities and attacks. Can also be dismantled to upgrade existing pieces of ISO-8 further.

-A new unlockable feature for the main menu called Infinity Trials will allow us to take on challenges akin to Comic Missions from the past MUA games. Each challenge is split in to groups based off Greek letters such as Lambda and Sigma, each one beaten unlocks another in an interconnecting web that has rewards available only in these challenges. Example: Defeat 200 Hydra agents with a countdown, every enemy beaten extends the timer. Rewards include: leveling opportunities, currency of various types, new characters and hero outfits. (Please let Thanos be a reward character.)

-Different difficulties like: Casual, the “friendly” difficulty with emphasis on button-mashing to victory, Mighty, for greater challenges and a new difficulty after clearing the story once.

-New Game Plus is a thing, alliance enhancements and character levels will transfer over to the second playthrough and chapter selection will be a thing too.

A little concerning when there are frame rate issues in the official trailer so close to release...

this is really a sloppy mess of a game.

the camera is awful, the menus are terrible. are stuck in a boss? I guess you got to grind it out to level up.

some of the boxes that you can only get with certain people are a pain in the ass. so you have to play through everything a ton. considering the gamecube controller works on all switch teems, you'd think they would have better controls. because to be honest, who uses the joy con?

the switch is also not powerful enough for the game. remember when you would play hyrule warriors and the system would slow down because there was too much on screen? that happens here.

online play is wack. I went to try and play online and there were no rooms. granted, the game just came out. but no rooms? no one was playing at right now? gimme a break.

it's hard to to see where you are on the screen at times.

and the boss fights feel so stupid, because it's like every boss has a move that covers the whole screen. you can't move fast enough, because you csnt make sense of what's going on.

I'm been using a team of venom, psylocke, wolverine and hulk. but it's not because the
[Show spoiler]doctor strange boss battle
I had to leave and come back to.

the leveling is kind of a nightmare.

there is no excuse. this should be a better and more fun game. and it was on the 360.
