Forgot about this! Hopefully Target continues their "VHS Box" releases this year for Season 3.

Unsure really, as I already first day'd both Marvel films and this year has been really bad for movies.

Book Smart is one I'd like to find. Maybe some older titles I still need to upgrade on. Some cheaper TV shows, since it's really the only way I'll watch them.

I expect this year to be my lowest spending BF in years.

I'm hoping to get a smart TV this year during BF (possibly a 4K one depending on prices) since my trusty flat screen I've had for years got busted during my out of state move back in May. It was time to upgrade anyway as I'm sick of losing my fire stick remote and not being able to watch Vudu, lol.

As for blu-rays/4Ks, I'm really hoping for the Disney re-release 4Ks to go on sale. I'm also hoping to get Outlander season 4 on blu-ray for a decent price (last year I got Outlander seasons 1 and 2 on blu-ray from Target during BF for $10 per season). I'm also hoping for larger 4K and blu-ray boxsets to go on sale in general like the Scooby Doo: Where Are You? boxset, the Batman series 4K boxset (or even the individual releases), etc etc. I'd also like to see some TV shows on blu-ray on sale (like A Discovery of Witches season 1 on blu-ray) along with some longer term releases that haven't dropped (i.e. Beirut on blu-ray -- swear it doesn't want to get cheap on its own) to get lower.

I don't really have a definitive list until I know what'll be on sale for sure, and I've been buying a lot of recent releases anyway, so it's more the matter of what actually goes on sale for a decent price and getting titles I've wanted but had to skip.

No worries though. OP posted it in the 4K UHD subthread of the site but was later moved here. I assumed it was directed to 4Kís only.

When I created the thread I put it in the 4K forum, because I am mainly looking to get 4K discs, but it got moved here for some reason. The question stands for 4K and Blu-Ray though, so fire away.

I was just thinking about Black Friday today~figured there would be a thread started on here I don't have a list really, but have been waiting for Detective Pikachu to drop in price, along with Goosebumps 2 to get to $10 or less. I'm sure I'll be grabbing a good 10-12 movies if the price is right when the time comes. Also hoping for some good boutique label sales around then

Mostly hoping to find a decent deal, akin to Universal and Warner, on the pressed Sony MOD releases. Supposedly BN had good prices on them last year, but they were sold out before I found out about it. A reasonable price on the latest seasons of Murdoch, Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Lethal Weapon, The 100, etc, etc, among others. Most everything else on our wishlist is a given. Some will likely hit the sweetspot around BN (Black November, as the deals are hardly contained to Friday anymore). Others will drop in the months that follow.

Ever since Amazon got awful with this site I have kept my wish list on Excel. It was easier when the price tracker was available.

For some of these I already own the slipcover so I'm just waiting for the lowest price possible so they can be added to my shelves. I have allotted $1000 for this Black Friday (movies only) but I'm sure most of these won't be discounted at all so I'll probably spend $500-600. I also have to buy a new laptop and a cellphone for the girlfriend so that's about $1500 more.

Work hard to play hard!
