And yes, Steven Spielberg’s Jaws is looking like a June release on physical 4K as well.

The movie's held up well and I was happy that the crowd didn't turn it into a mockfest with hooting and hollering like more recent 'classic' film screenings. Hopefully the uhd will include a lossless option of the mono soundtrack.

Oh my god yes. Day one.

This is a reputable source?

This should look incredible. The blu has some DNR in places that makes the grain sorta wonky.

Wouldn't be surprised at all if we do get Jaws next year, but I wouldn't take that tweet as an official announcement. Looks like a fan cover anyway (title's too small).

It’s the cover from the Mondo LP.

The cover has "Artwork TBD" written at the bottom, so for sure it is not an official cover artwork.

Btw, this "news" was first reported by Bill Hunt 2 days ago. https://twitter.com/BillHuntBits/sta...88539304337408

It is not an official announcement, but I have been following ReelCinematics for a long time and I do not know how I always succeed with its publications about upcoming releases And obviously it is not the official art but it is only for the announcement

They’re not gonna release the sequels. At least, I would be VERY VERY surprised if they did.

Bill Hunt is very credible source. He maintains the rumor list on thedigtialbits.com and that is usually very accurate. CANT say the same about ReelCinematics. LOL

Great!

Now this thread has to move to the UHD section (it's currently on the Blu-ray section)

How about we get rid of this thread until a creditable source confirms it- aka Universal themselves.
