Yes that's the way to search by country. Looking at the top right corner of the search page and you'll see:
If you click on one of those the search is limited to that country (unless the title is not available on that country, then it shows up results of other countries if you have others selected as your default).

Go to your site settings and select the countries (including a couple not above) you want as your default (that's what the is for ). You can include or exclude. There's around a total of 5000 entries on the database from these countries and the site adds more everyday.

I noticed that on the "Top" type links, like Top Pre-orders, you have a filter box that says use my settings or lets you select which country to display. Any chance that can be added to the other lists (like the new releases, coming soon, recently listed, etc.)?

Arrow Deal filter suggestion

I love being able to see the Amazon deals but it takes a while to scroll through all them and pick out the ones I don't have (and there are always titles that I can't remember if I have either). Maybe you could add an option that filters out the ones we have marked in our Collection as Owned.

Default New Deals filter

The "New Blu-ray Deals" page can now also filter by a range:
https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/deals.php

(This way it's easy to filter out the best deals, second best, third... etc).

In the Community, would there be any chance of providing a way to "share" your collection via a web link (similar to the way IMDB does it) or a way for someone to search for your specific collection? Basically looking for a way to provide my live list to family members so that they can come over and watch movies

WHETHER I am supposed to answer this or not, I dont know . Under your name is the Collection tab that says you have (48)*, just click on that and it will give you a url(https://www.blu-ray.com/community/co...member=HigTone)

Provide that url and it will allow anyone to see it whether a member or not

just copy and paste.

(*You have to be using the 'blu-ray' style skin to see this. You can change this in the bottom left corner of this page)

This is my opinion and doesnt reflect the sites official opinion

Is there ever going to be a listing of Dutch Blu-ray titles? There are quite a lot of movies in The Netherlands from Dutch FilmWorks, even major titles that have been released under Universal, WB, etc... in UK/US.

Will it (otherwise) be possible for the Blu-ray.com community to submit Blu-ray Discs themselves?

Do you mean like a more official list on this website rather than someone that posted a text-list?

I've been giving these kinds of suggestions ever since the beginning.
Because there are so many more releases than the ones they cover here.
Of course, not everywhere are AS many and different releases.
But, like you point out, here in The Netherlands we have quite a bunch of different ones too.

Besides that, why don't they just create a nice team of reviewers for BD-releases in other countries.
Because you have the pages, but there is barely any extra information.
And usually the "user-reviews" and other things are quite thin or even inaccurate.
They could start out with the UK-ones which is pretty much one of the two top markets.
The reviews don't have to be as elaborate as the US-ones if they're really similar anyway.
But they could at least point important to minor differences.
Rather than everyone having to plow through forums to find the differences.

New feature: You will now see a small red circle on covers for movies that are more than 40% off. This is customizable if you are logged in and you can turn this feature on and off as well as select the %-amount yourself. This is to make it easier to find good deals.

Is there a way to search by just countries that the site has listed. Like, I've noticed that India was added not too long ago and China (Not Hong Kong) was just added. Is there all ready a way to search by those countries?

Can you build a way for us to save our favorite Theater choices so that we don't have to search through all the galleries to find them? Some of these folks post amazing theaters and I like to reference back t them for ideas etc. Thanks!

PS. Your website is awesome and I show it to all my friends and coworkers. I love the Best Deals links and use it to buy from Amazon all the time.

Default Question re: Starting and saving a new thread!

Some thread starts are rather lengthy for a variety of reasons, which got me to thinking this.

Can we have an option to put a Thread Start into DRAFT SAVE mode for later posting? This way we can work on our own TS in batches.

John

I believe I may be the first to suggest this, as I haven't seen it anywhere else.

I would like an option to "hide" Blu-ray collections from viewers, to use it only for myself. That is the reason why I have a collection.

I may be alone on this one...but I think it would be a nice feature.
If I had 1,000+ Blu-ray movies, would I really want to share that with everyone on the forum as the community continually grows? *Shrug*
