Dont go to mcdonalds and order 3 big macs and 2 chicken sandwiches then order Coke and change your mind and say nvm Diet Coke, like it makes a difference.. LOL i have seen that happen like wtf...

anyways... anyone got healthy tips of how to GAIN weight?
i am a rare species in america trying to GAIN weight.

orderd a couple cheese burgers, some nugets,large fries

and then a diet coke

I still ate fast food for the two weeks of kicking it, but I was ordering kids meals, with water, and getting apple slices instead of fries.

H20.

Start drinking 100oz or more of water per day and you'll see results. When your body isn't wondering if it will get an adequate daily supply of water it will start to release water that it has been storing in case of emergency. Add a multi-vitamin to your water drinking and you can skip the calories and sugar (as well as price) of the V8 stuff.

Also, Weight Watchers works.

I'm down almost 20lb since Thanksgiving and just started working out yesterday.

i have these crystal light powder things in my desk at work, you just mix them in with water, pretty good flavors, and only 5 calories if youre counting calories

but yeah, like a lot of people have been saying, proper diet and exercise is the only way to go
