Best way to get an accurate reading is to use a HRM and even that isn't 100% accurate.

No doubt you burned a lot of calories but it's important to take those numbers with a grain of salt.

I'd advise anyone to take phase 8 protein the stuff tastes amazing and honestly its the best protein I've ever taken. And I actually notice it working.

I use the VEGA sports line. It's amazing, taste great, and very effective. Plant based, nutritious and no hidden chemicals, all natural.

At the very least, try a pack of the pre-workout energizer. I love how I feel before and after my workout after taking it. Makes me alert but not jolty like with caffeine.

I use assault but the new blend has a fack ton of beta alanine and honestly I get cherry red and feel like I've got tingly sun burn cuz my bodies never had that much before lol. Also while the pump is better its lacking the endurance the old tubs had. Thank god I've got 60 servings of the old kind left

Hey I've lost 77 lbs in 7 months! The harder I work the more calories I burn! Seems to be working just fine for me

I hit 80 lbs of weight loss today since the end of January! I went with my wife to Bikram yoga today and it kicked my ass! 90 minutes of yoga in a 104-106 degree room! Down to 208 from 288!

Congrats on hitting 80 pounds!

I've heard mixed thoughts on that yoga style. Just be careful.

Thanks! I did the Bikram Yoga (hot yoga) with my wife again on Friday for 90 minutes. It was much better the second time around. Then I did 60 minutes on the ellptical machine and 60 minutes of weights! 3 1/2 hours of exercise! I was bushed but proud of my accomplishments. I did 70 minutes on the ellptical machine and just 1/2 hour of weights yesterday. Today is a day off, but thinking about going to hot yoga at 4:30pm. I'm exercising at least 5 times a week at this point and even doing some 2 a days.

My weight loss has slowed way down since I started to add weight training. still hovering at 80 lbs of weight loss.

Good luck!

And it doesn't matter where you place as long as you make the effort to start and finish.
