Sounds like everything except that is 2/$20. TT3 is $20 alone. Believe it was $35 regularly.

I got "Foes" and "Supercock", shipping was $3, so a total of $23.
I wish I could pick up more for that great price, but I have all the rest already.

I already own Ninja Busters, The Intruder, Web of the Spider, and Foes. I also have Bloodstalkers on order.

I took advantage of this sale to order...

Monstrosity
The Weirdo
The Satanist
The Dismembered

Scraping the bottom of the barrel, I guess, but these look fun.

THE SATANIST is worth it for the presence of Pat Barrington in the cast (a popular ecdysiast and go-go dancer in the 1960's), who also has a bit part in that disc's co-feature, SISTERS IN LEATHER. If you like the vintage exploitation/sexploitation features that Something Weird Video used to release on VHS and DVD, you'll probably find these to be worthwhile.

For me, NINJA BUSTERS has been one of the oldest residents on my "Need To Get This On Blu-ray Someday" list, so I'll finally be able to cross that one off!

The Dismembered has some decent charm for a no budget lost film from the 60's.

But, still looking forward to this release. Maybe someone will make and post a good custom cover of the Vidmark artwork.
I have both Vidmark covers scanned, but I'm not sure what hard drive they are on. If I come across them I'll post them.

I have every title they have put out minus Supercock and Foes, so I grabbed those two. $23 shipped. Great deal. I have never been disappointed in a Garagehouse disc. They deliver the goods, everything is always of the highest quality.

Why are the Trailer Trauma comps limited? Is it due to rights?

All of their releases are limited, as far as I'm aware. They did a second run for TT2 and TT3 because of demand.

There are no licensing issues for trailer compilations, because trailers and other advertising are promotional materials and their redistribution is seen as promotion for the owner of the item being advertised.

Garagehouse's ability to reissue these trailers has to do with the trailers not having copyright notices, not with the trailers being promotional. Trailers that were published before 1989 without a copyright notice are public domain.

In 2003, a federal judge ruled that trailers, like movies themselves, are protected by copyright laws, but that ruling didn't apply retroactively to old trailers that lacked copyright notices. Now, creative works are copyrighted whether or not they have a copyright notice, and that includes movie trailers.

Has anyone received a shipping notice for the Halloween sale items? Or have they received them yet?
