And I love that the box is black. The early mockup photo showed a white box. I'm checking my email every 5 minutes looking for that shipping notification

Exactly why I get excited when I know VS are releasing an 80's slasher.

Can we have some more please, John?

They're still within the "1 to 2 weeks early" window but, yeah, it's frustrating considering they used to actually ship much earlier. I remember getting VS packages, on average, around the 14th of the month. Today is the 22nd so it's exactly a week before their promised window starts to turn into more of a hole on a concrete wall behind bars

As soon as I post this I'll probably get the long-awaited email

I emailed them to check my order status and was told they are experiencing a bit of delay but they expect all preorders to be shipped soon, probably by the end of the week.

Finally got a shipping confirmation on my Amityville Cursed Collection set. All I can say is, it’s about time! I can’t wait to watch these films on a new generation home video format (Blu-Ray). I am so happy I will be getting this set soon that I think I will buy my daughter a dollhouse to celebrate!

Same boat and same start to my order number as well. My watch list is big enough that the wait won't bother me. Certainly hope to get it before Halloween though.

That's media mail for you. It's not uncommon for my packages to be sitting in CT, according to tracking, and then appear at the local hub 4-5 days later. It's just a matter of the package being scanned in, but not when it goes out.

I've learned to just not worry at all. Every single time, the package is on its way and gets to me on time.

For those of you who received your order through economy shipping, how long was the shipping from shipping notice date?

This could be the case. I only ordered this set and my order number was in the 1804xx's. I just received my shipping confirmation at 1:11pm.

Just weird that it went from CT to NJ to scanned in at CT again and then in NY the next morning. Ha
