Anyone else planning to attend this event in Burbank, later this year? I know its only January, but I'm really psyched up for it. I've never been to California before, so hopefully, the experience will be very interesting. You can find all the details here, as they become available...

Cool! I doubt I'll be able to attend, but I'm glad the 30th anniversary is being celebrated somehow. Still hoping for a theatrical re-release.
I did visit some of the locations myself with a friend back in 2006, when we were driving down to San Diego ComicCon. We visited Marty's house in Arleta, the rec center where the band auditions were held and where Doc's house was next to Burger King in Burbank, along with where Doc painted the starting line on the road in Part 1 and the tunnel from Part 2, both in Hollywood on the road up to Griffith Observatory. |

Well, I don't drive due to epilepsy, so unless I travel with a friend, it'll be all taxicabs. I just hope the event isn't spread out in several different places.

Even Taxicab rides can be an experience down there, you will see what I mean, people drive so crazy down there. But it sounds like most of the time you will be at the convention itself so that is where the fun will be. Is this event supposed to be an actual convention with exhibitors there selling items or something different? I checked out the website but didn't care much for the layout, rather confusing to navigate and find out info.

![]() I imagine it will be some kind of indoor and outdoor thing, probably screening the trilogy at one point, and visiting the new museum with the restored DeLorean in it. I wouldn't be surprised if they redress Courthouse Square for the celebration, either. The only way I know to get concrete info for now though, is to sign up for their newsletter, or keep in touch with BTTF.Com webmaster Stephen Clark on Facebook. |
