Default Does eOne have any customer service support?

Lionsgate/Anchor Bay put out Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions on DVD/BD in late June. The discs feature the wrong subtitle track (they're a transcription of the English audio rather than a translation of the Japanese track), so Lionsgate is offering a replacement disc.

The thing is, Lionsgate will not ship these to anyone in Canada. Even though the discs are identical, because eOne distributes home video product on behalf of Lionsgate in Canada, they're washing their hands of any responsibility.

Has anyone had any success in contacting eOne customer service? As far as I can tell, they don't seem to have any in this country. Given how long it's been and how silent they've been, I'm not expecting anything more than closure.
