Movies Missing from Movies Anywhere Collection

How are you guys contacting Movies Anywhere? I cant seem to find contact info on the site, and I am missing The Lion King.

Pretty much every page in the help center has icons at the bottom of the page for email, phone & chat (which is sometimes offline), but the contact info is also on this page...

Groundhog Day finally appeared in my MA, Amazon, iTunes, and Vudu libraries.

My TSoT and Lion King were finally added yesterday. It took about a week after I initially contacted them via chat and had about a weeks worth of email exchanges with screenshots of my original DMR codes and DMA library. Glad it's resolved now though.

I have a few movies that haven’t ported over to my iTunes from UV. but mainly I was wondering about blade runner final cut. I used the code through MA and it ported to VUDU and google play but not iTunes. Any help?

It's possible that iTunes doesn't have it marked as MA, kinda like how if a movie wasn't UV on all retailers, it wouldn't show up. Since there's no way to see what's marked as MA on iTunes (like you can on Vudu and GP), I think we're not going to see this resolved anytime soon.

Damn that really sucks. I ended up paying $10 thinking it would port over in 4K. I could’ve just paid $5 more and got it in 4K through the iTunes Store. Oh well I guess that’s my fault for not researching it first.

I merged my vudu with moviesanywhere the day it went live. Everything seemed to transfer fine into MA and iTunes. Yesterday, i noticed more than half of my movies disappeared from iTunes and I checked MA, they were gone too! Basically, anything that wasn’t added directly by me into my vudu account was gone. Flixster movies, vudu and uv movies added by friend were gone.

Contact WB directly. They either don't want this to connect in iTunes, or they overlooked it...

What’s the best way to contact WB? I tried contacting Warner Home Video through the contact us link on the website about adding Superman The Movie to MA and I got some lame response that clearly showed they had no clue what I was talking about.

I disconnected and re-connected my VUDU and MA accounts last night, and about 30 missing movies finally showed up in MA and iTunes. So I think the system is finally getting faster and smoother.

Bambi 2 randomly ported into MA today; it was one of the movies I was having trouble getting to show up in MA. I disconnected and reconnected several times over the past week; last disconnect and reconnect was yesterday. All the sudden after getting off work today I see Bambi 2 at the top of MA; it also shows up as the most recent addition to my Vudu collection. Weird thing though, I already had it in Vudu since that's where I originally bought the movie. I still have other movies, however, such as The Lion King and Toy Story of Terror that are yet to port into MA from Vudu....

On a side note:

The MA system is weird (yeah we all know that already). You would think that when you sort by "Recently Added" on the MA app, that the most recent movies to be added to MA would be at the top but that's not necessarily the case. For example, Bambi 2 shows up right at the top while Atomic Blonde is nowhere to be found even though both were added to MA on 10/27/2017.

I contacted DMA, MA and Fox in regard to my previous issues with Lion King(not in MA), Blade Runner(not in iTunes), X-Men Origins: Wolverine(not in MA and Vudu)

MA rep acknowledged that Lion King(Diamond) not migrating from DMA to MA is a known problem and that she would escalate my case. Based on what others are saying sounds like they're making some progress. I was told to try and re-enter the original code in iTunes but all that did is create two Lion Kings in my iTunes. One in HD with Diamond artwork and the other SD with new Signature artwork, even though it's not the new one. Odd thing is that the movie did migrate from iTunes to Vudu via MA but of course it hasn't appeared in MA.

Fox Digital HD rep advised that I disconnect iTunes from MA and reconnect to instigate the movies to appear. Considering that I'm also missing Blade Runner iTunes, I'm considering disconnecting both iTunes and Vudu and reconnecting them. I will get back to you on that.

I just talked to an agent about Blade Runner. Here's what they said:

We have had a few reports about this movie, yes. There may be a slight difference in the coding for the movie in MA compared to iTunes, but our team is looking into this.

random question.....and I'm being 100% serious.....when you have all of your movies digital, how do you know if something is missing??

this is what I'd be concerned about.....not realizing a movie is missing for some reason and not noticing until the next time you go to watch it.

“I have collected your information and escalated this along with your requested account change to our team. We don't have an exact estimate on the time this will take due to our volumes.”

Been waiting over a week now since I placed my first request in. Don’t really know what she meant by “your requested account change” as I’ve never requested a account change. Just the 2 missing titles is the only issue I’m experiencing.
