I'm missing:
Blade Runner Final Cut (I bought it in iTunes, but didn't port to MA) Micky's Christmas Carol Toy Story of Terror Heat Director's Definitive Edition (from code redeemed in iTunes) How to Train Your Dragon (also from code redeemed in iTunes; HtTYD2 ported just fine though) Disconnecting and reconnecting iTunes had no effect. Well, I had to provide proof of purchase for Puss in Boots. But, MA added it 5 days after I sent them the proof of purchase and they also added my missing Toy Story of Terror and Mickey's Christmas Carol. Unfortunately, in the mean time Lion King has disappeared.

So how are some of you getting them to add movies to your account that haven't transferred over? I'm still missing Toy Story of Terror, the Lion King, & Mickey's Christmas Carol. Last Wednesday I spoke with someone on the phone and was told to give it 72 hours and it would be fixed but still nothing as of today? I know they are overwhelmed and all that but i'm getting ticked at being given the run around or no replies to emails.

Open iTunes on your computer. Find the movie in your library, and right click on the title. The far right tab (if memory serves) will show you a purchase date.

How are searching? On the desktop app it's pretty simple. Go to the movie in your itunes library and right click, movie info then file. It will show you the date you purchased the movie (or redeemed the code). The go to your account and purchase history. It allows you to jump to a month/year. Took me about 30 seconds to find X-Men Origins: Wolverine that I redeemed in september of 09.

I know my library of BD, 4K and DVDs is nowhere near what some people have, but I really am happy that 107 of my movies have a Digital version for my 4K Apple TV. Obviously we will have to wait on a few studios to get on board before we get Ex-Machina or the Divergent set of 3 to port over from Vudu to iTunes... Its nice that I can watch many (i think even more than iTunes right now) digital copies of my movies on my PS4 with the Vudu app.
I think the thing I am most happy with are movies like Rise and Dawn of the apes -- I bought them in the 'bargain bin' for blu-ray and the redeemed codes gave me 4K HDR versions in iTunes. Life of PI is another good example of getting a 4K HDR in iTunes without spending $20... meanwhile, I buy the Best Buy 'exclusive' 4K version of The Professional and the redeemed code ports over as 'just' HD on iTunes? I just hope eventually every movie gets the same 4K upgrade, especially if the movie you buy is the 4K release. |

So far no one has reported missing movies that already exist in one service. So we're only looking at movies that aren't appearing on all services. For Vudu I just use my UV locker to see what I have. iTunes shows the date you acquired/purchased a movie. I also use a digital list I have here and in amazon. |
