Default Why didnt my post get approved?

I wrote something for The Doors thread and I didnt see my post got approved. Whats up with that? I wanted to share info in that thread and the moderator have not or would not approve it?

Is this even necessary to wait my post to approve everytime I want to post? Can anyone please tell me whats up? Appreciate it!

It's an anti-spam deterrant. It's just for new members. PM a mod and I'm sure they can approve your post.

And welcome to the forums!

Default Strange Forum...

I can understand the reason for regulating posts, but I can't even open a thread in the newbie section. Unless I'm missing something, and the FAQ was no help, the only recourse I have to get a question answered is to either post it in various established threads, or post an undefined number of insignificant posts until I reach the thresh hold where I can open threads. Is this what the moderators want?

I find this frustrating. I don't want to post pointless posts to get my count up.

I'm in the same boat too. I've been a member on this site for two years and still can't start my own thread. I only have 3 post to my name so thats probably why. Guess its time to do some random posting to get the numbers up LOL. Still love the site. GREAT INFO HERE!!!

How many posts do you need to make to start a thread? I joined to ask a question but now I can't post it.

Default Sony KP-65WS500

I have a Sony KP-65WS500 television. (specs listed below)
How will blu-ray look on this tv? There is nothing wrong with the tv and I hate to get rid of it, but if it won't play blu-ray then I guess I will have to.
Thanks

Hi, it took me 2 trys to only post here. The forum won't let me post anywhere else. I'd like to post on the appropiate forum, Blu-ray Players, but the forum won't let me. Very strange thing to do if members are looking for help! Anyway, I guess I'll post my problem here.

Anyone know which USB flash drives are supported by the Sony BDP-S370 so I can get BD Live to work on blu-ray discs? I've used 4 different Sandisks and a Verbatim, all were 2 mb or bigger. I keep getting a message stating "USB device on rear of unit is not supported" or "Valid USB undetected in the BD data jack" (whatever that means??). I can't find any info about this in the manual or anywhere else. Thanks for any help.
