Day Seven: Your Anime Crush

[Show spoiler]Tsubasa Hanekawa (Monogatari series 2009-2017) Because one gif alone doesn't capture her charm.

Day Eight: Favorite Anime Couple

[Show spoiler]Rock and Revy (Black Lagoon 2006)

Honorable mentions and more conventional couples: Taiga and Ryuuji (Toradora 2008)

Day Nine: Best Anime Villain

[Show spoiler]Too many good and interesting ones. However, near the top would have to be:
Griffith Leader of the Band of the Hawk (Berserk 1997). A complex character. He is a tragic, talented, and charming figure. But he is also manipulative, cruel and sacrifices friends and loved ones on the pyre of his ambitions.

Honorable mentions villain protagonist Lelouch Lamperouge (Code Geass 2006) Well intended and brilliant ego-maniac who also sacrifices friends and loved ones for his goals. Alucard (Hellsing Ultimate 2006-2008) self-proclaimed monster with a death wish who will not hesitate to eviscerate other monsters and anyone unfortunate to get in his way. His only redeeming qualities is his loyalty to Integra Hellsing and his fondness for Seras Victoria. Gendo Ikari (NGE 1995, Evangelion Rebuild movies 2007-12) Black-hearted bastard.

Day Ten: Favorite Fighter Anime
[Show spoiler]Usually fighting anime is a shonen fight fest. Some have tournament arcs. What comes to mind is things like Dragon Ball, Bleach, Naruto, etc. While I can respect certain parts of those they are usually not a favorite of mine. I tend to prefer something with a little different and while this has some things in common with shonen anime it also stands apart.

Claymore(2007)

Day Eleven: Favorite Mech Anime
