Well I'll watch it either way, but movie mode is the way to go for a first watch if you can...then by chapter for subsequent watches if you just want certain parts.

I've still yet to complete the Volume 3 Blu-ray - still working through all the commentary tracks. I have honestly seen each chapter of Volume 3 nearly 20 times already though....

Well I wish all anime series had a movie mode function included on the discs - I get so tired of click, click, clicking the skip button on the remote 5 times per episode - especially short episodes like RWBY. I get nothing out of watching the OP/ED over and over for every single episode, it's a waste of valuable viewing time, and I always skip watching previews for the next episode, as they're basically just spoilers. Plus, in my setup my A/V rack is in the very back of a 25-foot deep theater room - so when sitting in the front row sofa I have to hold the remote up over my head and aim it backwards every time I want to click the skip button. Movie mode is a complete blessing for marathon viewing, which is the only way I watch anime - I can't handle having to wait a week between episodes for new shows on some streaming site - that's just like watching TV, and is one of the main reasons I cutoff all TV service in my house over 3 years ago. I will gladly wait even a year or two for a series to come out on Blu-ray than to sit though all of the profuse garbage that is TV, and being forced to watch one episode per week - that's completely for the birds!

Three cheers to Ann Yamamoto in her Skip Beat! Kickstarter - she is including a movie mode function in her Kickstarter set - That really made my day when she first announced that!

Lol, I don't know how well she's actually going to like the third season - she really enjoys the series, except for all the fight scenes - she says there are too many of those, she doesn't like to watch all that fighting. And, the entire third season is nothing but fighting, lol...

EDIT: forgot to post in here, my mother and I watched all of Season 3 the following night - so we completed all three seasons in three consecutive nights. My mother loves the series, and she's really bummed we'll have to wait so long for Season 4...

Viz Media announced at its panel at Comic Con International in San Diego on Thursday that it will release a Princess Mononoke artbook. The company said it would reveal more details soon.

Viz Media previously published The Art of Princess Mononoke hardcover artbook in August 2014, and has also published Hayao Miyazaki's Princess Mononoke: The First Story book. Viz Media did not clarify if the new Princess Mononoke artbook would differ from the previous one released in 2014.

Viz Media also announced that it will release books based on Rooster Teeth and Monty Oum's RWBY American-animated web series. The company did not reveal if the books will be Dogs manga creator Shirow Miwa's manga adaptation of the series or another series.

Viz Media additionally revealed at the panel that it published 342 volumes of manga in 2015.

Will be getting them!...I really wish the English releases had HD audio....you can really hear the difference between the Japanese release DTS-HD Master Audio and the English release Dolby Digital.

When the trailers are officially released for Volume 4 will post them here.

I don't do PC games but this is cool. Would be nice if they did a console version. It would be hard to remake it.

Also Vol 4 trailer looks cool enough.

I don't really play games, but when I do, they're PC games (There's gotta be a Dos Equis meme for that somewhere, lol!). My girls have a PS4, PS3, and PS2 connected to the TV upstairs, and I hate trying to use those controllers to play games on a console... The accuracy just seems so lousy for aiming...

I'll have to wait until I get home from work to watch the S4 trailer video...

Nah, it is easy to aim with a controller. I mean I have been playing consoles since Atari so for my controllers are great. Although I just don't like the PS controllers. They are actually terrible for first person shooters like COD. At least with the 360 and XB1 controller there is a trigger button that feels more natural.

The RWBY game would be great on the both the PSN Network and or XB Live Market place. I don't think it would be to hard to port. The only thing that probably stands in the way of that happening would be both Sony and Microsoft not wanting to license it and or wanting their share of money for it being on the consoles.

I haven't owned a PS system since the PS2. Never did care for anything on the PS3 and or PS4 right now. And my friends are on Xbox Live more so another reason I got a XB1.
The xbox controllers are also better for those that have bigger hands. I know the PS controllers are pretty small.

Playstation 4 controller is lousey. I get killed stupidly in Destiny playing on my friends PS4 with that stupid controller. Switch to my X-Box 1 and whole different story... I stupidly kill opposing players with ease. Destiny and the X-Box 1 elite controller is the reason I upgrade from XBox360 to X-Box 1! The X-Box 1 Elite controller is where it's at... love the thing. Fully programable and customizeable, and much more comfortable - most ergonomic and instinctive contoller...ever. Can play for 6 hours straight with no issues...zero fatigue or fonger/wrist strain, it's friggen made perfectly for the human hand.

Would be cool to have the Grim Eclipse game on console..I'd definitely play it.

AW YEAH...all the main 4 character designs for V4:

The designs for Ruby, Weiss, and Blake we have seen before, but Yangs is different than previously shown. Yang looks like a gunslinger from a western here...interesting. And all the flowers in the background...have meaning.

And also, the complete 'Beacon Arc' steelbook for RWBY Volumes 1-3 comes out October 4th....

Wow, the RWBY Season 1 LE from Japan is skyrocketing in price - $160 used, $235 new now - glad I got mine when I did! It had just started to increase in price when I bought it, only about $10-$15 over original retail.

Short teaser of Mondays trailer, does look more polished...especially Ruby's face - looks much better now compared to what it did originally. Can't wait for Monday!
