I wasn't aware that there was a domestic Blu-ray of "The Lost Weekend". What label was this on ?

I'd buy the UK disc. In my experience, the MoC discs all play with the STOP-TOP MENU-TOP MENU trick. |

Is there a particular method or way you are supposed to perform this trick? I just tried with mine and it didn't work. I have an OPPO-203. Started pushing buttons upon the screen letting us know this is a Region B locked disc. No dice.

This has been answered, but in general, just click on the image in the OP, and it'll take you to the blu-ray.com database page for the title. That will tell you the label and release date (among other things).

The UK disc still looks pretty solid for an Uni-master though it's biggest flaw is the black crush (the official Spain Uni-Blu doesn't have this issue). The MoC is also worth keeping for the "Billy, How Did You Do It?" doc.

I can't really say for "A Foreign Affair" since I don't own either the Kino or Universum release and I'm awaiting my MoC pre-order but I'd say either the Kino or Eureka would be fine since they use the same master. The Eureka release of "Witness for the Prosecution" is the best release. |

Good to know, thanks. I will check them out, yeah Amazon.uk is not even an option right now. I just went with Zavvi for Eureka's release of The Specialists.

Eureka direct would have been a better choice. The Specialists is £1.00 cheaper there, Eureka provide free worldwide shipping, and, should anything go wrong, their customer service is streets ahead of Zavvi’s.
