No offense but that is the same thing we have been spoon fed for the last couple of months.
Until we get dates and titles it is still vaporous.

They can say this without going on record because the phrase 'very soon' is so vague, what can you hold them to? I'm with OokieSpookie on this one, this just doesn't seem very official.

Paramount is CONFIRMED to be developing BLU-RAY titles...

This is all the OP, Digital Bits, and Paramount is saying at this time. No street dates were given or implied. Be nice to the OP. Everyone does their best to inform members (for the benifit of all) here as quickly as possible for any emerging information.

HOPEFULLY They are remastering Transformers with Lossless sound. That's what's been taking them so long....

This war hasn't been over for that long yet people. We will get our announcements soon enough!
I for one continue to hold the highest praise for Bill Hunt over at The Bits. The man seems to be one of the few out there who understands the enthusiasm and growing impatience of us Hi-Def adopters. The fact that he even took the time to make yet another attempt at reassuring us with this stuff (this late in the day) is so cool, and truly appreciated!

I agree with Ookie this is redundant. We title announcements, anything else is guesswork.

I would not say "months." I would say the last couple weeks since the Toshiba announcement we have been hearing about Paramount releasing blu-ray titles. I just cannot wait for official announcements from both Paramount and Universal. If anyone follows my post, I think this is the 10th time I have said that last line.
