Default How are PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 Format Discs pressed?

Are PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 Format Discs pressed starting from the center of the disc and moving out from there or are they pressed so the data always ends (for BD-25) or layer changes (for BD-50, BD-66 and first to second layers of BD-100) on the edge of the disc? The latter would mean that if you had, for example, a 30 GB PS4 game on a BD-50, which would have 15 GB on both of the 25 GB layers, would the data start from the center or from where the 10th GB would be on a normal Blu-ray Disc?

Since the PS4 and PS5 both rip discs in CAV (constant angular velocity) mode, it would make sense for the discs to be pressed this way because it would shorten the install time. Discs for company "N's" consoles were pressed this way from what I can tell.

Keep in mind that dual-layer discs (BD-50, BD-66 and most DVD-9) have their first layer encoded from the innermost portion of the data to the outermost portion and their second layer encoded from the outermost portion to the innermost portion. BD-100 discs also have a third layer encoded from the innermost portion to the outermost portion in addition to the first two layers described above.
