ha no doubt they're a bit embarrassed about the nudity
and as I understand both Michelle sisters have disowned the film

Vicki's website makes no mention of it,
while Ann's refers to it as not an experience Ann cares to remember

and Ann reportedly said that she thought the producer had just wanted nude scenes of them, in another interview/article

How does it compare picture quality wise to the old Redemption blu-ray? Is it 1:66 ratio? thanks

Amazon are telling me they can't deliver this until New Years Eve yet I have a delivery of other discs tomorrow. They must have run out of stock (even though I pre-ordered it 13th October!

As discussed, pretty much the same.

I think they've cleaned up the film dirt a bit, but it's a bit cheeky to call that a "new restoration".

probably best to get them on chat as it's in stock
mine was similar I pre-ordered ages ago and had 30th December as delivery date
I got them on chat and they said it was stuck lol, an error in their system
so they cancelled it and told me to re-order
and gave us £5 off my re-order
so got for £9.99 and it's now been sent, so should get in day or two

Sorry, I hadn't seen page 1 of this discussion after the frame grabs were posted. Looking at them I can barely see a difference, in fact as the framing is near identical as far as I can tell from the 2 frames that aren't quite exact, it looks like it could be the same transfer. So I won't be upgrading just for the packaging side of it.

I would have like to have seen a real top notch restoration effort on an obscure title like this that matched the packaging, just for a change.

well packaging is impressive, weighs a ton this thing
(heavier than Arrow/88 similar packaging with hard outer slipbox)
prob due to novel mostly & artcards and extra thick outer slipbox

there is one new extra feature not on the US release

That’s the same one as far as I know - there’s only one edition that was released on 20th December.
