Well he'll run out of oxygen eventually so it wouldn't be a problem for long

From the way the facilities looked on the planet they probably have the capability to grow new avatars.

When movies are made like this the guy who makes it should have a 2nd in command who goes through the whole thing with the head guy and when the first movie is done the 2nd guy should start working on the second movie right away. I want more movies faster.

WOW!

Its just incredible to imagine all the TIME and money that the humans lost in this foolish endeavor of theirs.

They show two human characters. The indian and the guy from Bones. They also showed a few Avatars in human clothing with guns, so there would be the presumption that there were other members of the Avatar program who stay behind.

Riiiight.

Maybe 'Renny Harlin' can help him out.

The LotR trilogy style is the only good way that would work.

And I was daydreaming the other day, what if Daniel Day-Lewis was the villain in the next?

Of course I'll watch it when/if it does indeed get made, but the movie stands on its own pretty well imo (and will even better when we get that extended version).

The Avatar Sequel thread.

LOL at all you obsessive smurf fans. Haaaa haaaa

The first one just opened.

At least with the Spiderman, Iron Man and Transformers sequel threads you all waited a few weeks.

You guys are die hard true blue fans.

I'd stay, Jake looked like he really really enjoyed eating that fruit in the beginning.

I'm kinda worried that the sequel could be second-rate and spoil the good feeling we have right now about the first movie.

Of course, it the sequel is good, I'll be eating it up.
