Just curious, have you actually seen it? I didn’t think I’d like it either but it became one of my favorites. Emma is such a sweet character that she won me over. And yes, the book is gorgeous! Can’t wait to receive it.

I'm sure everyone's wondering about the rewards.

While maintaining most of the items we presented in our Round 1 campaign to keep the cost low and funding target to its minimum (lesson learned from Round 1), it wouldn't be an exciting campaign without new rewards! So yes, we've added a few new items too!

We're just going to show you the pics, and not the details/prices... don't want to give away too much of the excitement

Thank you so much to everyone involved, especially our 411 backers - this campaign has officially reached 100% funding, and the dub is HAPPENING!

It's been a crazy ride, especially all of you who's been with us since Round 1. But now we made our dreams come true. The Island of Giant Insects will be dubbed, by the announced cast & directed by Sound Cadence Studios, and the completed Blu-ray will be in your hands soon! (Rank 4+ backers)

So congrats to EVERYONE, we did it!!!
What Happens Now?

With all this energy and passion from everyone, and with 16 days left in the campaign, why stop here? We can aim higher! That's where stretch goals come in.

At ¥4,500,000 (113%), ALL Blu-rays will come in Premium Packaging, with an added box casing and special booklet!

Project Update #57: Let's Dub ALL OF Emma A Victorian Romance Anime TV Series by Nozomi Entertainment

It's Almost Time! Emma Slacker Backer Ending October 7th!

Hello all,

We have big news to share with you today: the Emma project is almost complete!

The dub has been fully recorded, all the artwork and menus have been approved by the Japanese licensor, and the discs are completely authored! Right now we're in the QC phase, and once any possible errors have been fixed, the discs will go off to verification, and once they pass verification, they will be sent off for replication.

In short, the Blu-rays for both seasons of Emma will be done very soon!

That means the Slacker Backer program will need to close, so that we know the final number of discs to replicate. So, the Slacker Backer for ALL Emma Blu-rays will end at 11:59PM Central Time on October 7th! If you want to make any last-minute orders for Season 1 OR Season 2, now's the time!
