Default Best Way to Watch Kung Fu / HK Action Movies?

This is a genre which seems to be hard to pinpoint the best versions of these films. A lot of them lack Blu-Rays/English Subs etc. Lots of bootlegs and different region versions as well.

I've got all the Bruce Lee Shout Blu-Rays.

Are services like Amazon and iTunes good for these? I almost never purchase digital files, but I want to own a lot of these.

I'm ok with definitive DVD versions if HD isn't good or available.

If anyone knows of any definitive versions for these let me know what they are...

36 Chambers of Shaolin
5 Fingers of Death (aka King Boxer)
A Better Tomorrow
A Better Tomorrow 2
Drunken Master
Drunken Master 2
The Eight Diagram Pole Fighter
Hard Boiled
The Killer
Police Story

Those are the main ones I'm after.

Cantonese/Mandarin only with English subtitles. Actually same rule for all foreign films. I can't watch them in English dub even though PQ/AQ is superior.

36th Chamber of Shaolin's BD is awful from what I remember, but the DVD is pretty good. 8 Diagram Pole Fighter's DVD is good too, both of them being the Dragon Dynasty ones.
