Or to boycott it. I don't think anyone would bu a cartoon just because it has 2 secs of a naked woman in there.

I'm sure you'll get them, maybe even earlier!! like Dumbo...

I think it's pretty possible you'll get Pocahontas before USA

I never noticed until after watching my pocahontas dvd, that both Tarzan and Pocahontas were released the same year as Cindy.

That was a rumor alongside Robin hood, but if i remember right, no country actually said they were going to release it. I don't think either are likely but hey, disneys unpredictable Though Mulan is OOP, i would expect it next year :P

Cinderella!!! It's about time

Hey, I am new here, and as I can't create my own thread, I just have a question for you Disney-philes. Would you spend $40 on the OOP Snow White BD or $30 for Sleeping Beauty? My family only recently bought a blu ray player, so I haven't thought about buying BD's till now. I'm on a budget, and there are plenty of BDs available now that I would like to get. But I was wondering if these two would be worth those prices to you (as they're the minimum I'll have to pay if I want them new).

Thanks.

Zavvi had Sleeping Beauty for 14,95 a few days back. It's run out of stock now though
I would pay both those prices if I didnt have another option though. They're mighty expensive though

And these are not the only ones, as there should be more in fall. You say this like it's a bad thing.

I suppose $30 isn't that bad for a movie I really want, but $40 (~25) for Snow White will put a dent in my wallet for sure. :/

I cannot deciiiiiide D:

$30-40 is what you're going to have to pay unless you would rather wait till they are re-released. That could be at least 3 or 4 years away though.

I know they were worth it at their $20 price, but I suppose I was wondering whether any of the posters here already owned them and would recommend them at the current prices. I'm still not sold yet on Snow White. :P

Just yesterday Ι went to a store and they had tons of Snow White with slips and everything (€19,99) each. Leftover stock I guess. :/
It's your choice really. If you're not totally ok with this though, I suppose you should let it go. You don't want to regret it in the end. I'd go for both but that's just me.

also, take a look at this. you'd pay 4 dollars more but you'd get tangled as well, which you could sell.
also keep an eye on ebay

Except those are region B, aren't they? I need region A. Not only do I hate limited releases, I hate regions as well.

I can't believe you found Snow White in stores. If any store has it here (which, really, they don't), it's on "backorder" online and may or may not actually be available. I recently ordered Snow White for $20 from an online bookstore, and it was supposed to be on "special order" and would take 3 - 5 weeks to ship. The order was cancelled, and the product price changed to $40, meaning they DID have it in stock, but wanted to sell it higher.

Thus I am stuck at this crappy price even at regular stores as well as ebay. :/
