Default Would it be smart if I traded in me plasma for a DLP TV?

I've been thinking about this simply becauase I'd save like $400 or so versus my current set up. I'm not really sure of the DLP/Mitusbishi quality. Any tips? . Also considering just a regular projector.

The Panasonic GT24 series plasma. I'm also thinking about trading it in for either the ST30 or a DLP. I'd save more with the ladder.

Are you a pirate? Arrh, matey!
[Show spoiler] j/k!

I have always prefered plasmas, they have the best picture quality in my opinion.

I was just kidding, I hope you're not really mad!

From research I have done, I've heard that DLPs tend to break down quite frequently, maybe that's why they're more affordable.
