My GSW over MIA prediction is still in play but man I totally got the Dallas/Phoenix series wrong.

It is 4:34 am, and I just woke up for a toilet break... found out what happened in Phoenix... man, I am glad I wasn't watching it live... 27 points at the half... as a team?! This was game 7, man! That was as crappy a performance as us in 2006 first round game 7 vs the Suns.

Some folks, a lot here, are fans of the game and can appreciate good basketball outside of following their teams.
I like watching Luka. Appreciate the gritty hard nose play and defense of MIA and BOS. Even though I can't stand GSW, I can appreciate the ball movement, defense, team play.
Try thinking outside of MIN for a second, you might enjoy the game.

Personally I am rooting for anyone but the Warriors. Was hoping CP3 would've advanced but looking at the season matchups, DAL went 3-1 vs. GSW and PHX was 2-2.
Would love to see MIA or DAL win it all but wouldn't be mad if BOS won.

I honestly think that to me the real NBA finals will be the Heat vs Celtics, and whoever comes out victorious will win the title in the finals. At this point I am hoping for Heat vs. Mavs round 3 though, as I would love for us to break Cuban's heart once again like we did in 2006, not to mention avenge the loss in 2011.

Cp3 is 38 and averaged 14.7 pts on the year. Booker takes majority of the blame..but cp3 should have done more too obviously, everyone should have.

i think the celtics heat will be the most entertaining but i think if the warriors make finals, they do have an equal chance of winning. that being said, im rooting for a heat v mavs finals. and if that happens i'll be rootin for the mavs. sorry vortex!

Funny picture... and I am never going to root for the Suns! They have no heart whatsoever. I'd like to think something went down in the locker room after game 6. They looked like they barely knew each other, and they seemed to refuse to feed Ayton the ball.

“Your not that guy, cp3 played terrible this year and his numbers r better than ur career” lol

I’m glad he did too, cause I caught clips of Get Up and First Take and no one checked Beverly for the craziness.

Rondo is alleged to have pulled a gun at the mother of their 2 kids. No arrest yet, but the judge has granted her protective order.

Meanwhile, even Dame joins in to slam Beverley for talking bad about CP3.

I can't stand Bev but he is doing exactly what ESPN brought him on for, to troll. It's got people talking. He was, probably justifiably, assigned the villain role and has embraced it and it looks like there will be a spot for him when his playing days are over, unfortunately.

But yeah, going after Paul is dumb. Aside from Rondo and maybe a few others, he is loved by other players and considered one of the best PG's to do it. No one is gonna let this slander go unchecked, especially from the likes of Pat Bev.

That said, while Paul did have a bad series, Book and Ayton share some blame. The three of them were 1-15 in the first half. As far as Ayton, wasn't a bad year but he does not look like a max money player.

Yeah, that guy is a straight up a-hole with nothing meaningful to add to the conversation. He'd rather say inflammatory things to piss off the other parties. I hope he doesn't get an analyst spot somewhere when his playing days are over. He just has one of those faces you'd like to smack.

Hey g7, I know Lowry is going to be out of game 1 due to hamstring. Do you think he is going to be available at all in the ECF? Or do you think he is better off just sit out the entire ECF and possibly get ready for the Finals? (if you get there)

At this point I am hoping for Heat vs. Mavs round 3 though, as I would love for us to break Cuban's heart once again like we did in 2006, not to mention avenge the loss in 2011.
