The only thing that it's missing is a collector's edition steelbook. Then it would be seriously worthy!!!

Seeing as it's a JB HiFi exclusive, and they are located in Austrailia...odds of this being released in the US are slim, to none.

We get a lot of strange collectors edition box sets here including scripts and other items, that don't come out in the US. Oddly enough, all the US "Ultimate Collectors" boxsets don't come out here.

We had one for Breakfast at Tiffany's and one for The Godfather trilogy, which I don't think came out in the US. I believe they also came out in the UK though, so it's safe to say that this Braveheart one might pop up on UK Amazon in the not too distant figure.

Not really.. you guys have Wall Mart and Best Buy 'exclusives', but they have from time to time been released over here.

It's just a store exclusive, not a country exclusive (un-confirmed of course).

I never said the US doesn't get any exclusive, as, of course, they do!
Although US retailers, typically, only get exclusives for new releases films. Not catalog titles. Off the top of my head the only catalog titles to receive special treatment were already of worldwide release:
Universal Reel Heroes steelbook waves
WB steelbooks waves
Paramount metalpak wave(not sure if these were released in Asia?)

Hey, don't get me wrong, I hope the US gets this...but have there been other JBHifi exclusives(assuming it is), that have made to the US, or other parts of the world?

Well given this is a a JB Exclsuive release, we're more likely to see it pop up on Amazon UK which a lot of the JB Exclusives come from (Kick Ass CE, Scarface etc...).

JB will also be stocking the Zavvii UK steelbook for Frozen as an exclusive when it's released this coming week.

Awesome! Looks like this set is available on AmazonUK. Now I'm wondering if it might show up in the US? I'm preordering on AmazonUK, for the time being though.

More than likely we will see something for Braveheart in 2015 when the film celebrates it's 20th anniversary. I spent three days with screenwriter Randall Wallace years ago, one of the nicest guys out there, lots of great memories. Braveheart had it's world premiere here in Seattle back in 1995, Mel was here for it, can't believe its been nearly 20 years.

I am hoping that Paramount does something very special for this film's 20th anniversary.
